Well, wanted to share ways that I am loosing my first ten lbs and going to get rid of this body that is weighed down with fat at 280 lbs into a much higher functioning body with lots of energy.
I will be focusing on a simple eating pattern, that takes my mind off off eating and helps me stayed focus on things I love.
This will be full of simple tips I have run across for strengthening my metabolism, body and ability to do what is best for my life.

I will trim the fat before cooking my own portions of meat. Buy leaner cuts and focus on white fish during this healthy eating routine.
